The Consortium coordinates negotiation of statewide licensing agreements at the request of membership organizations to attain significant savings for the State of Florida.

	Learning Management Systems - The Consortium has negotiated agreements for Learning Management Systems with Blackboard and Desire2Learn.
	Software - The Consortium has negotiated agreements for Instructional Technology Courseware with Adobe, Smarthinking, and Elluminate. Additional agreements are considered based upon the results of the annual constract interest survey given to members.
