The Consortium coordinates negotiation of statewide licensing agreements at the request of membership organizations to attain significant savings for the State of Florida.

	Learning Management Systems - The Consortium has negotiated agreements for Learning Management Systems with Angel, Blackboard, Desire2Learn, and Webct.
	Software - The Consortium has negotiated agreements for Instructional Technology Courseware with Adobe, Maplesoft, and Plato Learning.
	Telecourses - For more than 20 years, Florida has licensed telecourses from such distributors as Coast Community College, Dallas Community College, GPN, Intelecom, Magna Systems, and Governors State.
