Vendor presentations are restricted from the official meeting of the Consortium unless invited. An invitation may be offered when requested by at least 8 colleges within the community college system or by request of a standing committee.
Off-agenda presentations may be requested by the Council of Chairs and scheduled by the Consortium staff when significant interest is indicated by the colleges.
