Learning Management Systems
A learning management system (LMS) is a software application or Web-based technology used to plan, implement, and assess a specific learning process. The Consortium has negotiated agreements for Learning Management Systems with Angel, Blackboard, Desire2Learn, and WebCT.

The Consortium has entered into an agreement with the following four companies:

 

ANGEL Learning develops and markets the web-based learning management system - ANGEL LMS. The current agreement offers the Florida K-20 System a discount on their educational software products for the July 1, 2006 - June 30, 2007 timeframe.
